wah...really shagged man...haha...came back home at bout 1130pm after crashing Obour's chalet...haha...got bbq. lol. well...the Obour peeps had a hard time starting up the fire...cause it was RAINING...so unlucky man. at least there was an umbrella...haha. some frying of the chicken wings were also done in the kitchen...just in case the fire couldn't start...
so after some time...the rain stopped for a while...and then it came back again...but luckily...the fire was started up and the food could be cooked...haha...there were chicken wings, hotdogs, crabsticks, otah, marshmallows and satay...and after awhile i helped out a little by holding the umbrella and shelter the food and the burning charcoals...haha...well even as a guest...i musn't just wait for the food to be served...should at least try to help too...i wouldn't call it a bbq if i sat down and waited for the food to be served while the rest were bbqing the food...haha.
haha...had lots of fun...and chicken wings too...lol.
so after that...went home...with all those who had to go home today...and i took a cab at tampines back home...i entered the cab and told the driver where i wanted to go...and the uncle asked me," where did u go? so late at night..." in chinese...and mind u...he *slang* his chinese...he's confirm from china one...and i didn't quite understand what he was asking...and so i asked him,"huh?"...and then he started speaking chinese without *slang-ing*...so after awhile...i understood what he was asking me and i told him,"oh...went out with my friends."...(chinese)...i didn't know what is bbq in chinese...lol. but he was really nice...and he discussed with me the fastest route to take...not only that...he actually said thank you in a very nice and polite manner...and he even called me "lao-ban"...i was shocked man...haha...i mean which taxi driver would call a 16++ going 17 years old teenager "lao-ban"...lol.
well...i paid bout $19.50 for the cab fare...sad. i was so worried that i wouldn't have enough money to pay the cab fare...the cab fare increased so quickly...like every 10 seconds 10 cents...i was like...wth...don't go up soooo fast...lol. and the driver drove pretty carefully...and was abit slower than most of the vehicles...but well...i guess i would rather pay slightly more for my own safety than to pay even more to save my own life...haha.
ok then...i hope i wake up early tomorrow cause got to meet my friends to go back to celebrate teachers' day with my sec sch teachers...haha.
before i go...here are 3 shots i took while standing near the bbq pit...my hand almost got burnt while holding the umbrella...lol. ok...enjoy.
