back.

GL training camp is over...but the memories will never fade away. for the past 2 days plus...i've really enjoyed myself in kota tinggi (malaysia)...the camp was indeed an eye opener...especially during the second day when all the GLs climbed Mt Panti...and not only did we climb until the summit...we all pwned Mt Panti deep deep man. YEAH!!! the climb was tough and we couldn't have done it all by our own individual selfs...but as a team...as a family...we pwned it real deep. Great thanks to my group, Pyro...and the rest...Aero, Hydra and Terra...all of us made it up to the highest point of Mt Panti...but not to forget our instructors...that helped us too...and leading us through the jungle and all the way up...and back to our campsite. without them...all of us would be so dead.
okok...now i shall just briefly summarize what happened during the 3 days 2 nights camp...
day 1: all the groups went for station games...which included high and low elements...and water rafting competition. haha...Pyro vs Terra...Pyro came in second ok...not last. well...for the first day, everyone in Pyro was pretty quiet and kind of afraid to voice out and give suggestions...and after the day's activities, all of us in Pyro bonded together more.
day 2: had our trek up Mt Panti...it was tough but Pyro made it through...and it was mostly everyone's first time to climb a mountain which looked so wrong cause of the weird hump at the summit...the trek was tiring (of course la)...we had mosquitos and leeches trying to suck our blood...(alvin and me never tio leech. haha.)...we had the rock phase to overcome as it was the most difficult and dangerous part of the trek...and when u climb up a mountain...u have to go back down...going down a mountain may seem easier than going up...but in fact it is not...especially at the rock phase...but in the end...all of us made it back down...though we had mosquito bites, scratches and for some...bleeding cause of the leeches. and during the night...we had our campfire...each group was supposed to perform for bout 5 minutes...and for my group we did a little bit of drama...and singing and also doing what we do best (draw circles)...lol. our group had a tough time trying to decide what we wanted to perform...and during the last half an hour before the campfire started...we came together...discussed and worked together as a team and in the end we went up in front of everyone and gave it our best. and not to forget...we also made a dog our mascot of our group...he was called Pyro dog at first but his name somehow changed to Py Yo Ro. -.-" but seeing him actually reminded me of Oscar at that time. awww.
day 3: time flies real quickly....especially when u are having so much fun. but the fun had to come to an end eventually...as for the last day...our camp chief reminded us bout Mt Panti and he had really inspired us...and after that we had to do our area cleaning and pitching down of tents...and soon we headed back to singapore. during the bus trip back to singapore, alvin and me were like "zi high" and like nobody join us high together...so sian.
okok...i shall stop blogging bout the camp...if i have the pictures i'll upload it. i feel so worried for Oscar now...before i left for camp...his eczemia on his cheeks have healed...and his left eye was alot better and not so red...but when i came back today...both of his eyes were very red and he was tearing alot...i'm so afraid that it is an eye infection la...i hope he is alright. my sister will have to bring him down to the vet tomorrow evening...i hope nothing bad happens to Oscar...and i can't seem to figure out anything that could have caused his eyes to be like this.
